The gentlemen at the desk are very polite and always willing to help with getting a taxi for me.Taxis stop in front of the hotel. The lady at breakfast was always helpful. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere at the top floor was a nice experience. Everything wasn't too very clean! The location between tram and train stations and the stores and restaurants around the hotel is very convenient.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing – always smiling, kind, and ready to help. I felt very welcome from the very first moment. I would happily stay here again!
